Delivery time for orders:

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5 to 7 business days after order processing. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Order tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track the status of your order by entering the tracking number on our website's tracking page or through the carrier's website.

Lost or damaged items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. If your package is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Order cancellation:

We may cancel the order if the products are not shipped.

Once in transit, we will not accept any cancellations. However, you may return your product. Please see our return and refund policy.

Change of address:

If you entered it by mistake or if you want to change the delivery address, in this case, you have 12 hours. In this case, you must contact us as soon as possible.
